Do you have an urgent question about the site or an order you placed? We have added Live Support Chat to iPlayPokemon - you can check our online status and start a chat by clicking on the Chat Live Now image in the left sidebar of the homepage.

As of right now there are no set staffed hours of operation for live chat - you can always email admin [at] iplaypokemon.com or send a Private Message to admin for support via email if we are not available for chat. You can also send a chat message when we are offline - we will receive any messages you send the next time we are online.

UPDATE: We are aware of some issues with the Live Chat, particularly with FireFox. If you send a chat message and do not get a response, please email admin [at] iplaypokemon.com.
